How do I order your products online?

  2. Pay with your credit card vis PayFast or via bank transfer (EFT)
  3. We dispatch (in RSA) R90 for postnet to postnet
  4. You have the option of delivery via courier (only 4 major cities during working hours 8am – 4pm) or registered mail. You may also collect from us in Silverton, Pretoria.

Please note that if you choose courier and it is an outlying area we will send via Postnet to Postnet instead automatically.

Shipping Policy

Delivery is subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed, dispatched and delivered within 5 – 10 working days. From dispatch delivery to cities and major towns normally takes 1-2 working days. Smaller towns will take 2-4 working days. Courier Deliveries to all MAJOR cities & towns will be done via Courier IT Couriers. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive the package during office hours. (Please provide a contact number where you will be available when needed.) Alternatively, deliveries can be done via the Postnet.

If no-one is home when they come to deliver, the courier generally take it back to the depot and somebody is supposed to follow up with you regarding a new delivery day. This does not always happen so it is always best to give a work address. You can also get a good idea of the delivery day when you track your delivery online (we mail you the tracking number on dispatch) – usually “onboard” means they should deliver that day.
The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User’s chosen delivery address in the same good order.

Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or products have been discontinued. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
