If for any reason you’re not happy with something, you may return items purchased online for a full refund, replacement or exchange, provided the items are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase. Gift vouchers purchased will not be refunded.
Your refund will be given via an EFT into a cheque/savings account. This will only be paid once the products have been returned in their original condition.
Eye Candy Decor is not responsible for incorrect measurements given, materials damaged during installation or after as well as non adhesion to incorrect surfaces such as rough walls, un painted walls, walls painted with abnormal paints, leaking or rusty fridge surfaces etc.
